What services do you offer?
Renaissance Adult Day Care provides an extensive array of services designed to foster autonomy and enhance the quality of life for adults. These services encompass transport, wholesome meals, reminders for medication, cognitive enhancement activities, conversational circles, gentle exercise routines, therapeutic activities, arts and crafts, activities like balloon volleyball and billiards, nature excursions, sing-alongs and karaoke sessions, live music events, gardening opportunities, movie showings, beauty and grooming assistance, festive and birthday observances, and excursions.
Who is eligible to enroll?
Renaissance welcomes individuals 55 years old and older who need support during daytime hours. We conduct a thorough evaluation of each potential member's health status, abilities, and requirements to ensure we can adequately meet their needs.
How much does a full day cost?
At a rate of $135.00 participants enjoy a full slate of activities, plus breakfast and lunch, with unrestricted access to all services and activities throughout the day.
Do you offer transportation?
Renaissance provides transportation within 10 miles at $20 per way or $40 round trip. This service ensures members can easily travel to and from our center for a day of care and engagement.
How do I enroll a loved one?
Enrollment involves completing an application and undergoing an assessment to evaluate the participant's health, abilities, and needs. For further details or to initiate the enrollment process, please fill our the enrollment form or reach out to us by email or phone.
When are you open?
Eagan location: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 3:30pm
Coon Rapids location: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
Can you accommodate specific dietary needs?
Absolutely. We provide for a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring our meals are nutritious and accommodating to everyone's health requirements.
Do you accept financial assistance or waivers?
We accept a variety of payment options, including Private Pay, VA benefits, CADI, Elderly Waiver (EW), Brain Injury (BI), Alternative Care (AC), Long-Term Care Insurance, and Medicare (through Tembo Health).
